Special Mission Training Courses
Tactical Insertion / Extraction
Tactical insertion and Extraction training increases your units ability to tactically insert, and extract, operators to and from a target location by utilizing flight profiles and the aircraft itself. These techniques can include, landing, “hover off”, “helocast”, or single skid/wheel operations and can play a significant role in mission success if executed well.
Helicopter Hoist Training
Utilizing the latest dynamic hoist techniques and equipment to ensure that your organization is capable of conducting safe, precision hoist operations, in any condition, for either tactical or rescue mission sets.
Fast Rope (FRIES)
Fast Rope, or Fast Rope Insertion Extraction Systems, can be one of the most advantageous methods of getting operators to a target location. Our instructors, who have real world experience utilizing these techniques, will ensure that your organization possesses the skills to get your operators on and off the X, safely, efficiently and effectively.
Helicopter Rappel Training
Rappelling from an aircraft affords the aircraft, crew and operator a precise and controlled method of insertion with increased safety margin. Weather infilling an operator on a roof top, or a rescue specialist and a K9, rappelling in a mission set that can drastically increase your organizations operations capabilities.
Aerial Use Of Force / Aerial Interdiction
Aerial Use of Force training and Aerial Interdiction Training are combined to effectively engage vehicles, vessels or suspects who pose an immediate and deadly threat. These techniques allow organizations to utilize the assets they have to stop an incident of escalating, when other means to interdiction may not be possible. Our instructors will train your crews how to accurately engage targets with precision, while seamlessly employing risk mitigation to achieve operational success.
Canine (K9) Helicopter Operations
Introducing K9s and their handlers to aircraft is paramount for mission success. Aircraft are commonly used to infill, exfill, evacuate and transport K9 handlers and their partners. This may require progressive training that will establish a standard for handlers and their K9 partners to effectively operate in and around aircraft. Our program is tailored to the agency, aircraft and K9 team to maximize results.
Radiological Detection
Radiological Detection from your agencies aircraft can provide your crews a rare capability to protect your community. Executing this mission set to the highest level is paramount in mapping and detecting sources. Our team will provide your crews the tools necessary to accurately map your AORs key locations that will make it possible for your agency to detect anomalies effectively.
Tactical Mission Planning
Tactical Mission Planning is a skill set that is often overlooked in the Law Enforcement Aviation Community, but is one of the largest risk mitigation tools for tactical special mission sets.
